MaKen Studios North and South are built as spaces to grow. We have a mix of affordable studios and production spaces built for those going solo (small studios), growing teams (medium-sized offices), and large-scale businesses (customized open floor plans for longer-term tenants).

MaKen Studios North is home to various art-based entrepreneurs and small, creative businesses looking for studio spaces from 500 to 3,500 square feet.
MaKen Studios South is geared toward small-batch manufacturers, large-scale visual artists, or businesses looking to expand and who need 1,500 square feet+ to grow.
